Job Overview:
**CNC Machinist
Full-Time
Direct Hire**
**Shift: Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm
Compensation DOE: 28 -38/hr**
Position Overview:
A growing precision manufacturing organization serving highly regulated industries is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its weekend operations team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance by allowing employees to work three 12-hour shifts while receiving pay equivalent to a 40-hour work week.
This is an opportunity to join a stable, technology-driven manufacturing environment producing complex, tight-tolerance components for demanding applications.
**What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:

Operate and monitor CNC Swiss-style and multi-axis turning equipment
·
Produce high-quality precision components in accordance with engineering specifications
·
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
·
Read and interpret blueprints, process documentation, and GD&T requirements
·
Monitor machine performance and identify quality or production concerns
·
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
·
Follow established quality systems, production procedures, and safety standards
·
Communicate effectively with teammates to support efficient shift transitions and workflow
What We’re Looking For:
·
Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining or machine operation experience
·
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation
·
Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
·
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
·
Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
·
Good communication and teamwork skills
·
Ability to remain on your feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
