CARR Machine & Tool is a third-generation, family-owned precision CNC shop building aerospace and defense components for customers like Moog, Collins Aerospace, and Boeing. We're AS9100D-certified and hold tight tolerances every single day.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills
• Read and interpret engineering prints
• Inspect your own work using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Work alongside experienced machinists who'll mentor you as you grow
• Help us run and tend our automation as you build the skills to take on more
• Take ownership of quality and hold parts to spec

What We're Looking For

• A completed (or in-progress) machining / manufacturing trade program — little to no experience is okay
• Genuine passion for manufacturing and a desire to build a long-term career in the trade
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing things right
• Ability to read prints (or a willingness to learn fast)
• A team-first attitude — we look out for each other here
• U.S. person status required (ITAR/defense work)
