PAY: Hourly based on experience

SHIFT: Full time - 1st shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking a CNC Machinist with experience in operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, specifically Haas and Doosan machines. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing intricate components with unparalleled accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and edit programs on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, primarily utilizing Haas and Doosan machines

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and GD&T specifications.

• Edit CNC machine code as needed

• Follow and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines

• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to ensure components meet customer speficiation

• Utilize Proshop ERP system to track job progress and maintain documentation in our paperless environment

• Embrace and utilize automation technologies to streamline manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience setting up 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills (experience with Haas and Doosan machines is a plus)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, geometric dimensions and tolerances, and related technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Proshop is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues independently.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality components.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
