Regal Staffing Services is now hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing warehouse in the Dallas 75247 area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operatingHAAS CNC machine, performing machine setups and tool changes, making tool offset adjustments, and inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment.

Shift
1st Shift:6:00 AM – 2:45 PM, Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays may berequired.
2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:45 PM, Monday–Friday
Some Saturdays may berequired.
Pay Rate:$22–$33/hour based on experience, plus shift differential for 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
Operate HAAS CNC machining centers safely and efficiently.
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
Performsetup and changeoversasrequiredfor different part numbers.
Make tool offset adjustments as needed tomaintainpart quality.
Performfixture andworkholdingsetupto ensure proper and secure partpositioning.
Makeprogram adjustments, including adjustments involving G-code and M- code.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring tools.
PerformFirst Article Inspection (FAI)to verify parts meet drawing and quality requirements.
Maintain tight tolerances and meet established quality requirements.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
Perform basic mathematical calculations related to machining.
Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection tools.
Requirements
CNC machining experience.
Ability tooperateHAAS CNC machining centers.
Ability to perform machine setups and tool changes.
Ability to performsetupand changeovers.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Basic understanding of G-code and M-code.
Experience making tool offset adjustments.
Experience making basic program adjustments.
Experience with fixture/workholdingsetup.
Ability to perform First Article Inspection.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues.
Ability to work with tight tolerances.
Experience using Calipers, Micrometers, Bore gauges, Height gauges, Thread gauges
Basic math skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Must havestablework history.
Must pass background and drug screen
