Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software to meet production specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machine operations and programming.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machine setups and production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC programming.
• Proficient in using Mastercam and other CAM software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose machine issues effectively.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Knowledge of CNC machine repair and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
