Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC) and lathes (2-4 axis and 5+ axis).
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring all specifications are met.
• Utilize CNC tooling effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve quality.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling.
• Expertise in operating CNC mills and lathes, including Swiss lathes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on equipment maintenance.
• Ability to perform machine setups for various production runs.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
