Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes (2-4 axis) to produce precision parts.
• Interpret and apply GD&T standards to ensure accuracy and quality of machined components.
• Program and edit G-Code to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct CNC machine installations and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with Mazak machines.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and its application in machining.
• Proficient in programming and editing G-Code.
• Experience with CNC machine installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
