Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and precision.
• Program CNC machines using Mastercam software to create complex parts.
• Perform GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure accuracy in production.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC programming.
• Proficiency in GD&T and its application in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machine repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with CAM software, specifically Mastercam.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
