Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Dovetail CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Utilize CNC tooling and programming to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Install and configure CNC machines according to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop effective machining processes.
• Employ CAM software to create and optimize machining programs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a focus on Dovetail CNC.
• Strong knowledge of CNC tooling and programming techniques.
• Experience with CNC machine installation and setup.
• Proficiency in CAM software for programming and simulation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
