Job Overview:
One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team in Cincinnati, OH location.
**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $40/hr
**Shift: **2nd shift
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe machines to produce precision components
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional specifications
Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary process adjustments
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC lathe machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds
Experience using precision measuring equipment for quality inspections
Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment
Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming fundamentals
