CNC Machinist Needed

Location: Catoosa, OK and Claremore, OK

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00+ BOE Competitive pay based on experience and skill level

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)
• Set up machines, change tooling, editing, programing and offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot as needed
• Experience operating CNC Saw, Plasma Table, Brake Press.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals

• CNC Tooling
• CNC Programming
• G-Code
• M-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Manual Machining Skills

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CAM Software
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
