**Take the machining experience you already have and level it up.

** Join a major heavy-manufacturing facility producing some of the **largest steel forgings in the U.S., including specialized work supporting the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense.

This isn’t your typical machine shop. You’ll receiveapproximately 3 months of paid training on massive, specialized equipment

** that most machinists never get the opportunity to work with. **Perform well in training and qualify on more advanced equipment, and your hourly wage can increase.

** You bring the machining foundation—they’ll teach you the specialized equipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC, lathe, mill, boring mill, or similar machining equipment
  • Machine and inspect large steel components
  • Read work orders, prints, and machining specifications
  • Make machine and tooling adjustments
  • Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality
  • Learn specialized heavy-machining equipment through hands-on training

What We’re Looking For

  • **1+ year of relevant machining or machine-operation experience required

**

  • Previous exposure to and understanding of the type of machining position being considered
  • Mechanically inclined with solid basic math skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable and looking for a stable, long-term career
  • Comfortable in a heavy industrial environment
  • Must meet company background requirements and pass required drug screening
  • **Must be a U.S. citizen
