1st Shift | Direct HireChampion Personnel is hiring a Production Technician in Bedford, Ohio. This is a direct-hire opportunity!We manufacture resistance welding equipment used in the automotive, appliance, HVAC, and agricultural industries, supporting major companies including Ford, Honda, GM, and Subaru. ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Includes a 1-hour lunch and two breaks. What You'll DoThis is a hands-on manufacturing position with a variety of responsibilities, including:- Operate a CNC mill

• Operate a manual lathe and other shop equipment as needed
• Perform basic machine setups
• Read and interpret blueprints/prints
• Use micrometers and calipers to inspect finished parts
• Maintain machines, equipment, and tooling
• Produce components used in resistance welding equipment
• Operate a tow motor/forklift
• Enter information into the company's computer system
• Assist shipping when needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who has:- At least 2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• CNC mill experience
• Experience with manual machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret prints
• Experience using micrometers and calipers
• Tow motor/forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to multitask and help in different areas of the operation
