About this Opportunity**

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist for a premier industrial equipment manufacturer in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This role offers high earning potential, steady hours, and excellent work-life balance operating both CNC Mills and Lathes.

Responsibilities- Safely set up, prove out, and operate CNC Mills and Lathes.

• Read, interpret, and perform basic edits to CNC programs (G-code / M-code) to optimize machining cycle times.
• Manufacture parts directly from technical engineering schematics and blueprints.
• Maintain tight tolerances using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, depth
• gauges, bore gauges).
• Safely load and transfer heavy industrial materials using overhead cranes and forklifts/tow motors.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure machinery safety and operational standard.

Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Mills and CNC Lathes.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, engineering schematics, and standard precision measuring tools.
• Material Handling: Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts/tow motors preferred.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for production log documentation.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or completed Vocational/Technical CNC Machining program.
• Preferred Pluses: Experience with Conversational CNC Programming, Siemens 840D controls, or Centroid M400 CNC controls.
