Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Machinist III who takes pride in precision, quality, and working on complex parts. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a strong benefits package.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot G-code and CAM programs
• Monitor machining processes and make real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues
• Manage tool changes, offsets, and tool life for consistent performance
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times
• Maintain accurate production records, including part counts and machine logs
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, ideally working on complex parts
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with G-code programming and/or CAM software
• Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
