We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Programmer to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to create precision parts and components. Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues that arise.
Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes and machine settings.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machining Programmer or similar role.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
