Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machining issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes and machine settings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machining Programmer or similar role.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
