Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high-tech CNC machines to ensure our production schedule moves along smoothly.Role Responsibilities:As our CNC & Fabrication Equipment Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:1. Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all CNC machines & Aluminum Fabrication Equipment to ensure optimal performance.2. Identifying and resolving system failures by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.3. Overseeing installation of new CNC machines 4. Maintaining service logs and reports on all maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.About You:The ideal candidate will have:1. An Associate's degree or higher in CNC Programming, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine & any fabrication equipment maintenance.3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machines.4. Proficiency in using hand and power tools to repair and maintain machinery.5. An ability to read blueprints and understand technical instructions.6.
