The requirements for this position are:

Must be able to set-up and run Horizontal and/or VTL Lathes. Programming a plus!

Ability to identify non-conforming parts. Analyze results of coordinate measuring machines and execute proper tool wear offset adjustments at controller.

Able to make your own tools (example chuck jaws or fixtures) specific to your own jobs.

Demonstrate cooperative relations with supervisor.

Ability to consistently work to tight tolerances.

Strong trouble shooting skills.

Capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Able to meet productivity requirements.

Ability to communicate and council other operators in the department.

Excellent attendance.
