The technician travels to military installations, other government facilities, and commercial customers to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to emergency and unscheduled service calls, and complete repairs that keep customer production running.
The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance in support of safe, efficient, and accurate machine operation. It requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment while working alone at a customer site, and the ability to work both independently and with internal teams and customers. Travel is a regular and substantial part of this job, including overnight and multi-day trips.
