## Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of CNC machinists and operators to ensure efficient production processes.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Train and mentor team members on CNC machining techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and improve production methods.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and employee performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules to meet customer demands.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CNC machining, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using various measuring tools and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
