This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities;

Responsible for the manufacturing operations at the company
Managing a team of department managers
Focusing on accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration across all manufacturing functions
Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, quality standards and safety protocols
Managing projects including scope, schedule, budget and vendor relationships
Identifying, evaluating and managing future investment initiative
CNC machine shop production to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements for efficiency
Following safety regulations and environmental standards
Establishing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators focusing on safety, quality and on-time delivery
Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Working with management and human resources on staffing, budgeting and financial performance
Working with the sales department to align production capabilities with customer demand and marketing opportunities

Qualifications:

At least 10 years previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment
At least five years in a managerial role overseeing multiple departments
Experience in CNC machine shop production
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, operations management or other related field is preferred

Hours:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The salary is up to $165K a year based on experience
