Job Description

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for the manufacturing operations at the company
• Managing a team of department managers
• Focusing on accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration across all manufacturing functions
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, quality standards and safety protocols
• Managing projects including scope, schedule, budget and vendor relationships
• Identifying, evaluating and managing future investment initiative
• CNC machine shop production to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues and drive improvements for efficiency
• Following safety regulations and environmental standards
• Establishing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators focusing on safety, quality and on-time delivery
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Working with management and human resources on staffing, budgeting and financial performance
• Working with the sales department to align production capabilities with customer demand and marketing opportunities

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment
• At least five years in a managerial role overseeing multiple departments
• Experience in CNC machine shop production
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, operations management or other related field is preferred

Hours:

Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

The salary is up to $165K a year based on experience
