Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines with Siemens Control to produce high-quality parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure product compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines, specifically with Siemens Control.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
