A growing industrial manufacturing team in Ocala, Florida is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with programming experience

. This is a hands-on position for a motivated individual who can operate and program CNC equipment—specifically Haas CNC machines—in a fast-paced environment

.

We are looking for someone with strong machining knowledge, attention to quality, and the drive to maintain efficiency and production performance

.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and CNC lathes at the machine

  .

• Set up, program, and operate Haas CNC machining equipment

  .

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

  .

• Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for production

  .

• Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality standards

  .

• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on Haas controls

  .

• Maintain safe and organized work areas

  .

• Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time

  .

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience preferred

  .

• Hands-on experience operating and programming Haas CNC mills and lathes

  .

• Experience programming at the machine required

  .

• Strong knowledge of Haas control systems and G-code programming

  .

• Ability to read precision measuring tools and blueprints

  .

• Experience with tight tolerance machining

  .

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability

  .

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  .

Preferred Experience

• G-code programming

  .

• Prototype and production machining

  .

• Haas CNC Certification is a plus.

• Job shop or industrial manufacturing environment

  .

• Experience with manual machine equipment operation is a plus
