Service First Staffing is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists for a skilled manufacturing opportunity in Manitowoc, WI. We are looking for candidates with hands-on CNC experience including setup, operation, programming, and troubleshooting. This is not an entry-level role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and tear down CNC machines

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Program or modify CNC programs as needed

• Monitor production quality and make machine adjustments

• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools

• Troubleshoot machine and production issues

• Maintain quality and safety standards

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machining experience required

• Setup and programming experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and precision measurement tools

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Stable work history and reliable attendance

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
