Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including OD/ID grinders and gear machinery.
• Utilize G-Code programming to create and modify CNC programs for various machining tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically with OD-ID grinding machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, programming, and G-Code.
• Hands-on experience with manual machining skills.
• Familiarity with CNC grinders and gear machinery, particularly Gleason and Hofler brands.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
