We are hiring  Machine Operators to join our team! This position ensures continuous operation of the related production area to safely meet production and quality requirements. They insure all procedures are being followed as written, assist in training of new machine operators, and complete required reports to help monitor continuous improvement. 


What You'll Do:

  • Operate production machine in a safe and efficient manner
  •  Perform production quality checks
  •  Maintain a clean work environment
  • Perform inventory scanning and tracking activities related to the production work cell
  • Fill out daily production reports
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

 

What We Need from You:

  • Familiarity with quality control gauges, understanding of the use of handheld gauges, and ability to use basic gauging and measuring equipment
  • Understanding of machine set up sheets and process control plans
  • Identify defects and inspect parts using process control plans
  • Ability to start and operate all secondary equipment from power off to cycle start
  • Employees are expected to work onsite to attend in person meetings and collaborate as necessary
  • Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 55 pounds regularly
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic math calculations, and complete visual inspections
