Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts as required.
