CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at our facility located in Tinley Park, IL, 60477. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), machine setups for production runs, and quality inspection in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with machine brands such as Haas, Brother, and Dmg Mori Seiki is a plus. The second shift schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:15 pm to 2:15 am.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Mill machines (3-4 axis VMC) to produce high-quality parts
• Perform machine setups for production runs according to job specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet standards
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience working with CNC Mill machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform machine setups for production runs
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection experience
• Familiarity with machine brands such as Haas, Brother, and Dmg Mori Seiki
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
