CNC Machine Operator

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**1st Shift M-F **

Our Client is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality parts with precision while following safety, quality, and production standards. Experience working with aluminum, PVC, or profile machining is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor the CNC machine.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative care on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience- Required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control procedures.
• Experience in aluminum, PVC, or profile machining preferred.
• Manufacturing, fabrication, or architectural glazing experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• CNC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with architectural window, door, or curtainwall fabrication.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Tampa, FL 33634
• Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 6am-2:30pm
• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Employment Type: Full-time
