We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in carpentry to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay efficient, and take pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately

• Use carpentry skills to assist with fabrication, assembly, or finishing as needed

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and identify any possible errors

• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized

• Work independently while meeting production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC machines

• Carpentry or woodworking experience required

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
