Location: Orange, VA

Shifts:

2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri)

3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Mon–Fri)

Pay:Starting at $17.37/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Operate conventional and CNC production machinery, including winders, milling machines, lathes, grinders, drill presses, saws, and more

  • Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

  • Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, deburring, and polishing to meet strict quality standards

  • Apply knowledge of material properties, cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolant usage

  • Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role

  • Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls

  • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on machining experience

  • Welding knowledge or experience

  • Background working in a manufacturing or production setting

Pay Details:$17.37 per hour
