We have partnered with a growing Northeast Ohio manufacturer seeking skilled CNC** Machine Operator** to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has machining experience, ability to read blueprints and technical drawings and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and mills
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Maintain machine cleanliness and work area organization
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools
• Document production data and machine performance as required
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup preferred
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Ability to work overtime as needed
