Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team as a Machine Operator in Lowell!

Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision craftsmanship? We are actively seeking skilled Machine Operators to be an essential part of our dynamic manufacturing team in Lowell. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, including CNC lathes, mills, and other precision machinery, contributing directly to the production of high-quality components.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and oversee CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform fundamental machine setups and adjustments to meet production specifications.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to monitor product quality.
• Conduct inspections of finished parts, identifying defects or deviations from standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC, lathe, or milling equipment is a plus.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Able to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift without issue.

Shift & Compensation:

• 1st Shift- 6am-2pm- Mon-Friday- $ 18.00
• 2nd shift: 2pm=10pm - Mon- Friday- $ 18.50
• 3rd shift: 10pm= 6am- $ 18.50
