CNC Operator
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Load tooling and materials while monitoring machine performance throughout production.
- Perform first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Make tool wear offsets and minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Verify finished parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate production concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or both.
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
