Pay: $24–$28/hr + strong benefits + 80 hours PTO

Location: Kenosha, WI (on-site)

We’re partnered with a growing manufacturing team in the Kenosha area looking to add a CNC Operator with mill or lathe experience.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that values consistency, clean processes, and taking care of their people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes based on work orders

• Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings

• Perform basic edits/adjustments to keep parts within tolerance

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep machines running efficiently

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience running CNC mills and/or lathes

• Ability to read blueprints and measurements

• Comfortable using inspection tools (calipers, mics, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
