We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines—including lathes, mills, routers, and grinders—according to production specifications and blueprints. Experience with GibbsCAM is preferred, but not required.
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet production goals
- Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files
- Input and adjust machine settings; assist with CNC programming as needed
- Perform quality control checks to ensure precision and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or production issues
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of CNC operation experience preferred
- Experience with GibbsCAM is a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems preferred
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must have a clean background and be willing to submit to a drug screening
