Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tools.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
