Job Description

We are seeking experienced Swiss CNC Lathe Machinists to join a precision machining team operating advanced Swiss-type turning centers. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern equipment capable of producing high-precision components ranging from 1/16" to 1 1/2" in diameter.

Our shop supports a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, defense, medical, and aerospace manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists who take pride in precision work and want to grow within a collaborative, small-team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Swiss-style lathes

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Experience changing tools, making offsets, and performing minor programming edits

• Knowledge of tooling and setup procedures

• Proficiency with metrology instruments and optical comparators
