As a CNC Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating precision machining equipment used to process high‑purity metals and advanced materials.
Your responsibilities include:
Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines (mills, lathes, or grinders depending on production needs)
Loading raw materials and verifying correct tooling and fixtures
Performing in‑process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
Adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy and part quality
Troubleshooting minor issues to keep production running smoothly
Maintaining accurate production and quality records
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborating with leads, technicians, and team members to meet daily production goals
Previous CNC or machine‑operation experience preferred
Ability to read basic work instructions, measurements, and production documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC processes
