What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating precision machining equipment used to process high‑purity metals and advanced materials.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines (mills, lathes, or grinders depending on production needs)

  • Loading raw materials and verifying correct tooling and fixtures

  • Performing in‑process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

  • Adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy and part quality

  • Troubleshooting minor issues to keep production running smoothly

  • Maintaining accurate production and quality records

  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

  • Collaborating with leads, technicians, and team members to meet daily production goals

What You Bring

  • Previous CNC or machine‑operation experience preferred

  • Ability to read basic work instructions, measurements, and production documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality parts

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC processes
