2nd Shift Manufacturing Opportunities - Aurora, IL

Express Employment Professionals of North Aurora is currently hiring for multiple 2nd Shift Manufacturing Positions with a growing manufacturing company located in Aurora, IL. If you have experience in metal fabrication, machine operation, CNC setup, or industrial manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

• CNC Setup Operators
• Machine Operators
• Press Brake Operators
• Stamping Press Operators
• Shear Machine Operators

Pay Rate

💲 $22.97 - $27.02 per hour (based on experience and position)

Schedule

• Training: First 2 weeks on 1st Shift- Monday-Friday

  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Regular Schedule After Training:- Monday-Friday

  • 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC, fabrication, stamping, press brake, shear, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and tape measures.
• Monitor production quality and maintain required tolerances.
• Inspect parts and verify specifications.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, CNC setup, fabrication, or metalworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to quality, attendance, and workplace safety.
