Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality aerospace components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably in the aerospace sector.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
