Apply now to be considered for this excellent career opportunity with a world-class organization!The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment in our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly within aerospace or automotive, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and performance.Key Responsibilities:-Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, including CNC machines, grinding machines, and other manufacturing tools.-Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.-Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of machinery.-Respond to emergency maintenance requests and make necessary repairs to minimize production interruptions.-Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and to identify areas for improvement.-Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and parts used.-Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.-Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.-Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision CNC machining-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including CNC machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.-Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.-Ability to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
