What you will do:

Reviews current systems and develops solutions to system bugs.
Works with more senior developers to understand customer needs and systems analysis; develops code to address the needs; develop testing protocols for the system upgrade.
Works with the user to ensure that all testing is executed as planned; documents user findings and develops solutions.
Assists with the planning of change management, including release planning, training materials, and user communication.
Maintains or upgrades existing systems, including coding, testing, and release.
Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Four year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business or related field.
or equivalent education and/or experience.
