Aegis is seeking a CNC Machinist Team Lead to join our client's organization in St. Charles, IL. This is a 4 month contract to hire job opportunity. Aegis offers health benefits for contractors

The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• 5-7+ years of experience in CNC Machining experience with steel – either Lathes or Mills
• Proficient reading an interpreting BOM’s, and blueprints/GD&T
• Ability to set up and operate machines on their own
• Leadership capabilities- mentorship, lead, supervisory, or coaching machinist.
• Measurement tool experience

Nice to have:

• Programming experience
• Haas, Doosan, and Samson CNC Machine experience

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Doosan, Haas)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Doosan)
