Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC lathe programs using MasterCAM for various production runs.
• Set up and calibrate machines for efficient production processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production cycle.
• Train and mentor junior programmers and machine operators as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically with CNC lathes.
• Strong proficiency in MasterCAM software.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
