## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus.
Basic understanding of CNC machining processes and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in manufacturing or machining is a plus but not required.
