Role Description

**Daily responsibilities include: **- Interpreting blueprints and work orders

• Selecting appropriate tooling, performing basic machine adjustments
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup, safe operation, and basic troubleshooting of CNC and related equipment.
• Strong Quality Control skills, including part inspection, use of measurement tools, and adherence to specifications and standards.
• Experience in Machining and Milling, with the ability to work with various materials and maintain precision and efficiency.
• Ability to work with industrial Machinery, including routine maintenance checks and reporting equipment issues.
• Relevant technical training or certification in CNC machining or industrial technology preferred; prior experience in a manufacturing or vocational education setting is beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain accurate production records.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, teamwork, and supporting a learning-focused environment
