Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Lathe Operator for a machine shop in Rogers, AR.

What You Will Do

• Read a technical drawing and build the part to spec with minimal supervision.
• Cut chips!
• Be curious - Look for ways to improve the cost and flow time
• Program machines and setup machines as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring all machines are functioning optimally

What You Will Bring

• 1-5 years of experience setting up and operating a CNC lathe
• Ability to work independently: Grab a print, build the part to spec
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What Hours You Will Work

Full-time (40 Hours) - 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri.
